SHIPPING & ORDERING 

 

We strive to process your order within 5 working days after we have received the payment. If you have purchased onesies we print each one with extra care using our Direct To Garment printer right here in Brisbane, Australia after your order has been placed. This printing method allows us to print only what we need and helps reduce excess inventory which could potentially go to waste.

We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. Domestic standard orders within Australia take 3-5 working days and express shipping 1-2 working days. Standard shipping to the NZ takes 10-15 working days and all other international orders can take up to 4 weeks to deliver. The stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours. Please note deliveries during Christmas and New Years may take longer and we do not ship orders on public holidays.

We do our best to ensure all deliveries reach their final destination safely however, this can sometimes be out of our control. Therefore we hold no liability for lost/damaged/delayed parcels. *We do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO (U.S. military base) addresses.*

Please note if a parcel is returned to Island Pepe ltd due to an unknown/unrecognizable address, the additional delivery fee will be up to the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product or wish to exchange for a different size, we are happy to assist you! We offer a 20 day return & exchange policy starting from the day of shipment; however, we cannot accept returns on change of mind/washed/worn clothing.

Only customers who receive a product with manufacturing faults and damage are entitled to a full refund. It is up to the customer to pay for return-shipping in the event of return or exchange. 

All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE. No return & exchange.
