We strive to process your order within 5 working days after we have received the payment. Please note we do not ship orders on public holidays. 

We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number if selected. Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 business days for international orders. The stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours. Please note deliveries during Christmas and New Years may take longer. 

We do our best to ensure all deliveries reach their final destination safely however, this can sometimes be out of our control. Therefore we hold no liability for lost/damaged/delayed parcels. To avoid lost parcels, we recommend selecting tracked post or courier as your shipping option. *We do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO (U.S. military base) addresses.*

If you wish to ship to a country that is not listed in our "shipping destination option", please notify us via CHAT or CONTACT and we can make the arrangements. 

Please note if a parcel is returned to Island Pepe ltd due to an unknown/unrecognizable address, it is your responsibility to have this redelivered and an additional delivery fee will apply.​​ 


If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product or wish to exchange for a different size, we are happy to assist you! We offer a 20 day return & exchange policy starting from the day of shipment; however, we cannot accept returns on change of mind/washed/worn clothing.
Only customers who receive a product with manufacturing faults and damage are entitled to a full refund. It is up to the customer to pay for return-shipping in the event of return or exchange. (Return info can be found in CONTACT)
All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE. No return & exchange.
