I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have realized the wrong address was put in for your order please contact us as soon as possible. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email we can adjust the shipping address for you. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missing unit number, we kindly ask the customer to pay for the reshipping fee. Once the reshipping fee is received we will promptly send out the package to you.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZING GUIDE?

​

All sizing measurements for our onesies can be found in the product listing. To make sure you're ordering the correct size, lay an existing onesie you have flat on the floor and take measurements. All onesies are made of 95% cotton 5% elastane (spandex) which gives them a nice stretch to fit your pepe. However, we do recommend ordering a size up if your baby is island size!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

​

All orders are dispatched within 5 working days (but we like to aim for 3!). Each onesies are printed once the order comes through which allows us to reduce excess inventory and avoid waste. Domestic standard orders within Australia take 3-5 working days and express shipping 1-2 working days for delivery. More details can be found here. Once your order is shipped we send out a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link with AusPost.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ISLAND PEPE ONESIES AND BLANKETS?​

ONESIES AND T-SHIRTS

Cold gentle machine wash inside out with like colours. Do not use bleach products. Hang dry in shade. Do not tumble dry.

*Due to the nature of the water based inks we use for printing the designs, the ink may become lighter over time after multiple washes. Please follow the washing instruction to maintain the best quality of your Island Pepe onesie or t-shirts.*

BLANKETS

Wash in cold water with like colours. Tumble dry on LOW heat. Do not bleach or iron. Wash before use.

*Please be careful with any sharp objects like acrylic nails or zippers around your layered muslin blankets. The threads can be pulled and become loose if caught or rubbed against.*
